Cockpitsonic fire panel in CPFlight pedestal

Post by SAS1286 » 01 Jul 2019, 15:50

Hi. Does anyone here know if a cockpitsonic firepanel will work in a CPFlight pedestal?
I have only CPFlight modules in my pedestal, but are looking at a used cockpitsonic firepanel. Is the firepanel «plug and play»? I will off course not be able to controll the backlightning via my CPFlight light module, but Are there any other «challenges»?

Anyone? Is the panel plug and play with Prosim?

Hallo,

Years ago when I had my B738 sim I has a pedestal with CP Flight modules and a CockpitSonic fire panel. It came without any interfacing. I had to replace the green annunciators with green LED's and interfaced it with a Phidgets LED64 and a Phidgets 8/8/8 card. See: http://home.planet.nl/~pvrijald/flights ... _panel.htm.

Best regards,

Works almost 100%. Only thing in my setup is the green test lamps will not light up before testing 2nd time.
